My mini aussie Joan Callamezzo had her first groom with Jayden today! She did a great job! Everything I asked for was done and I got a fluffy, smelling great, and happy puppy back! ❤️🐶🐾

UPDATE: The Manager John called me to talk to me about my concerns and made me feel a lot better! He is a good person and I really appreciate him calling me. I love Petco and now I’m excited to go back for our next purchase. Also.. tip for the next person in case they have a bad experience with one employee.. don’t assume all the employees are the same like I did because I was in fact wrong and felt horrible about my review so I wanted to come update it! Have a blessed day! And if you need help ask for John he is amazing! It’s actually sad that we only have one Petco or place in general to do anything with pets or fish and it’s very sad that we’re forced to go to Petco because some employees up there do not know how to smile they’re very rude. and they treat you as if you’re going to steal when you’re actually there to purchase stuff it’s insane everyone there needs to be fired besides 2 guys John and the other I will get his name and come back and edit this because it’s insane to work in customer service and be rude to paying customers. If you don’t like to smile maybe customer service jobs aren’t for you! #StayHumbled #YourSmileCanSaveALife #YouNeverKnow

Tried to order dog tags online but ended up having to come to the store. Everyone was very helpful and I was able to print my tags. Bought a new collar and leash. A bit price but also very good quality.

I use Petco mainly when I purchase fish, aquatic plants, or bottom feeders. They always have clean tanks, a good selection of healthy fish, plants, and bottom feeders. The employees are always nice, helpful, and use care when catching the fish and bagging them! This is my 30 gallon with Caribbean sand, live plants, 6 mosquito fish, 6 snails, and my newest addition from Petco an Albino Bristlenose Plecos I named Speedy Gonzalez! He seems very happy and is adapting well to his new home!

Store clean and stocked, a little pricey, but that’s life 🤷🏼‍♀️ happy to discover a discount bin and I don’t live here, so always enjoy the animals on display, hope they go to good homes! Bought these for Ghost and Blade, but Fiona is making sure they’re great toys 🐱 🐈
